Outdoor Vintage Markets in Beloit, WI
Three times in 2027, Iron and Oak takes the hunt into the open air. The Iron and Oak Vintage Outdoor Markets bring sellers and shoppers together in Beloit on one Saturday each in spring, summer, and fall. Whether you plan to browse or to sell, here is everything you need to know about the dates and the cost of a space.
Three Market Days in 2027
Spring: May 22, World Trade Day
The season starts on Saturday, May 22, 2027. This first market is themed around World Trade Day.
Summer: July 17, Lucky 7's Day
Midsummer brings Lucky 7's Day on Saturday, July 17, 2027. The date is a nod to the theme: seventh month, seventeenth day, in a year ending in seven.
Fall: September 25, Autumn Market
The last outdoor market of the year is the Autumn Market on Saturday, September 25, 2027, just ahead of the fall shopping season at the store.
Space Fees for Sellers
Pricing depends on whether you already sell with us.
Current Iron & Oak Vendors
A single market space costs $30. Reserving all three dates costs $75, which saves $15 compared with booking each market separately.
Community Vendors
Sellers who are not current Iron & Oak vendors pay $40 for a single market space. Reserving all three dates costs $100, a $20 savings over paying for each market on its own.
Committing to the full season is the better value in both cases, and it locks in your place for spring, summer, and fall in one step. To reserve, call (608) 207-3321.
Why Sellers Should Consider a Spot
An outdoor market is a low commitment way to test what sells. You pay for one day, bring your best pieces, and see how shoppers respond. For community vendors, it is also a chance to get a feel for Iron and Oak before taking on anything longer term.
Sellers who want a permanent presence can rent an indoor booth at $2.25 per square foot, with real time sales through our POS system, direct deposit, and no walking shifts. The details are on our page about
indoor vendor booths in Beloit.
For Shoppers on Market Day
Come for the outdoor market and stay for the store. Iron and Oak is open 9 am to 5 pm every day, so the 12,000 square feet of booths inside are open to browse on all three market Saturdays as well. The extremely large parking lot and easy access off of Interstate I90 make the trip simple, and the surrounding Stateline area has multiple other vintage shopping malls if you want to keep going.
The outdoor markets are just part of a full year. See the open houses, shop hops, and anniversary celebration on the
Iron and Oak events calendar for 2027.
