Interested in joining us? Iron and Oak Vintage is renting booth space to vendors inside our 12,000 square foot vintage mall at 2753 Prairie Ave in Beloit. Rent is simple, the setup lets you focus on finding and pricing pieces, and the store is open to shoppers seven days a week.

Booth Rent: $2.25 per Square Foot

Booth space is priced at a flat $2.25 per square foot. You pay for the floor space you take and nothing about the rate changes with the kind of merchandise you sell. A seller with a small curated collection and a seller with room-sized furniture sets both work from the same number.

Real Time Sales Through Our POS

Every sale runs through our POS system, and vendors have access to their sales in real time. You do not have to wait for a report or a phone call to know what moved. Check in, see what sold, and plan your next restock around it.

Direct Deposit

Vendor earnings are paid by direct deposit. There are no checks to pick up and no trips to the store just to collect.

No Walking Shifts

Some vendor malls require sellers to work the floor a set number of hours. Iron and Oak does not. There are no walking shifts, so your time stays your own for sourcing, restoring, and pricing.

Why the Location Works for Sellers

Where you rent matters as much as what you pay. The store sits in the Stateline area, surrounded by multiple other vintage shopping malls, so shoppers who come to the area are already in a vintage frame of mind. Easy access off of Interstate I90 brings in traffic from the highway, and an extremely large parking lot means nobody gives up and drives on because they cannot find a spot.


Our hours are 9 am to 5 pm daily, which puts your booth in front of shoppers every day except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. A full schedule of open houses and shop hops adds busier weekends throughout the year; see the Iron and Oak events calendar for every date.


Booth vendors also get a lower rate at our seasonal outdoor sales. A space at the Iron & Oak Vintage Outdoor Markets costs current vendors $30, or $75 for all three 2027 dates, compared with $40 and $100 for community vendors.
